"Patio started out good. Work got sloppy. After many attempts to get it done correctly, I had to get someone to come back and redo the grout. We also had to get some pavers leveled out. Much much money spent on yard as well and work done looks like something I could have done myself. Much money wasted."

"Working with All Out Chimney has been an amazing experience for me - I will be a lifelong customer! My initial reach out to them was to find a second opinion about some work that needed to be done. I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. Even if I needed the work the other company suggested, their estimate came in lower by thousands of dollars. As it turns out, Jarrell (awesome!) came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise (and NOT using scare tactics!!), I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself. "I needed help with some shrub removal and planting in my front landscape, and got several quotes. I already had the plants, soil, fertilizer, and materials needed, but am not physically able to dig by myself. I had a means of disposing of the removed materials, so there was no haul-away included. Along with the planting, I needed to have a decorative stone wall repaired because it was starting to lean. Again, labor only. I was looking for a company that could do both. The bids for the planting work, which was straightforward and simple labor, were in the range of $400, except for New East Landscapes. Their price was much higher for the planting work, but they assured me they could do the planting within a couple of days and also repair the stone wall within 2 weeks for what seemed to be a very fair additional price. Because they seemed to know exactly what to do with the wall, and showed pictures of other projects they had done, I decided to pay the higher price so I could have one company complete both tasks. They emailed written quotes for the work, which I signed and returned. They told me the time they would come to do the planting work on Sunday, a couple of days later. The work on the wall would be done when they could fit it in, but within two weeks. On Sunday April 9, they arrived more than an hour late, so late that I was concerned they weren't coming. They did the planting work which took them less than 1.75 hours to complete. They clearly knew their plants, placed them where I asked, and the work was competent, but this job did not actually require 3 workers, which is what they brought. I paid them for that work and asked to schedule the wall repair. Xavier told me he would call me to schedule the time within two weeks and would find out the cost of a few stones that were needed to support the wall. He never called me back. I attempted to follow up with them by several phone calls, which went to voicemail that was not accepting messages. Also sent text messages and email. No response of any kind from them, and it has now been a month since they promised to return to complete the work. The wall is looking increasingly unstable and the work still needs to be done."

"Work seemed good but then they were supposed to fix a couple of items and decided to stop answering my calls. They said they would send someone and then didn’t take fell off the face of the earth. With this type of work it is extremely important to follow up, so I wouldn’t hire them again."
