Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Adrian was timely and insightful in his approach to replacing our water heater. And based on the quotes I had previously received, his fee was reasonable. I plan to use Adrian for anything he's qualified for in the future.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I hired Adrian to install our new gas water heater. The water heater is in our garage and during install the garage door was open so we did not immediately notice any smell before he was paid and left. However, the next day we entered the garage and the smell of gas was present. The local gas company was called and they came out in a hurry. Our brand new water heater was the cause of the leak. The gas company turned off the gas tagged the new water heater as unsafe. I reached out to Adrian, sent all videos to show the cause of the leak and let him know that they informed us that the lines were over tightened and cracked during install which caused the leak that was coming from the regulator. The regulator was not positioned correctly and crooked. Adrian said it was a manufacturer defect. I called Rheem and notified them of the issue. Thankfully they shipped out the brand new parts and assigned an installer to come out and correct the issue. Over a week later, we had hot water again. Again, the representative that came out with the new regulator showed us the problem and verified that this was done during installation. I sent the information to Adrian but he is unresponsive. He was paid $950 to do the work and we were left with a gas leak from someone who is considered a licensed professional and did not notice that himself before he left our home. Gas leaks are a serious issue and we are thankful that nothing further happened to our home or family.

"I worked diligenlty with the customer to resolve issue . I stayed in contact with customer and suggested anything i could do to resolve issue and bring satifaction for work performed . In the process of troubleshooting issue I walked them through all the potential issues they could be facing and requested to leave a job to come and get them taken care .Customer stated everything was taken care of and thanked me for step by step help and quick responses .
