Asked to check gas fireplace chimney- told it was ventless and they could not look at it. -later after having another company come determined that it was actually vented. Had smoke in the house after our first fire in the fireplace - called company- during cold period- they couldn't send anyone out until a week later - but did send supervisor. Learned it wasn't their fault- supervisor able to explain the problem with the house"
