Anthony L. came to service our HVAC. We used to be with Morris Jenkins and were looking forward to return to them after our move. Anthony was the first one to come to check our HVAC and he represented them well. He was respectful, kind, knowledgeable and really did a great job. We were very pleased to work with him and have Morris Jenkins back working to keep our home in good condition . Very pleased.

They (MJ) came out, inspected the system and told me I was sending CO through the system. Sales person came out and gave me a quote. I had another referral from a co-worker as he has been using the same HVAC company for many years. The came out and told me they could not find anything wrong at all, and I certainly was not putting CO into the house. So, be careful who you choose as I actually had nothing wrong, but was told I needed to replace.

I am just confused if they are making these things up. They repair the gas leak they said I have but unsure if I did have a gas leak because no one smelled it but the repairman.

Excellent customer service from scheduling the appointment, discussing options with sales, installation and final inspection by supervisor. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and took time to explain each process with me. I recommend them without reservation and will use them again for all services in the future.

He arrived on time on Friday and sat outside the house for about 10 minutes. When he came in, he inspected the leak for about 30 seconds. He went back to his vehicle for about 15-20 minutes, then came back to show me the quotes. He told me it was going to be $400 to fix the leak. I should replace the entire shower piping for $1200. The plumber (Michael) was pushy and tried to sell me on spending $10,000 to replace all the plumbing in the house. I paid the $400 for him to do the work of replacing about 20" of exposed pipe. He did the work in about 10 minutes. He went back to his vehicle for 15 minutes then came back to get payment. It seemed a little steep to pay $400 for 10 minutes of work and less than $20 in materials. But the leak was fixed. Well, so I thought. The Morris Jenkins plumber pointed out there was flood damage and recommended Flood Medic. Flood Medic has come out and is drying the space now (Monday). When they arrived this morning, they pointed out that there was a leak higher up the wall on the same shower pipe which had been leaking over the weekend. I called Morris Jenkins thinking they would fix the repair. The same Morris Jenkins Plumber (Michael) said I would have to spend another $1200 to replace all the pipe around the showerhead leak. I ask if they would take $400 off since they didn't fix the leak the first time and would be replacing the work they just did. They responded that they would give me 5% off if I spent $3000 to replace all the pipes in the bathroom. I called another plumber, and I am getting the whole bathroom done for less than $1200. I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. The plumber was pushy and made me feel uncomfortable. The experience was stressful. Morris Jenkins sends a misleadingly personal text that says "Mr. Jenkins told me..." at the beginning of every text. They have a higher price (2 to 3 times) than anyone else I called. I was not expecting such a huge price differential between them and other reputable plumbers. I am not impressed and will not be using them again. This has been a terrible experience.

They have been outstanding, reliable, knowledgeable, and the customer service is above and beyond. Sometimes you pay a little more for them but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend them.

The plumber arrived on time and was very pleasant. He walked the house with me and listened to me describe our issue--high water bill and having repaired one leak in the yard, still had a high water bill. He narrowed it down to our toilets, especially one and repaired that one after discussing costs.

provider was found by submitting a project idea. They called 10mins after I pressed enter. They asked additional details about the project to clarify if anything was missed from the initial submission. I scheduled for 2 weeks out to give adequate time for me to order and receive my new faucet. They could have sold me one off their truck, but I had a specific one in mind. Once I received my faucet I called MJ to confirm the scheduled appointment. He said they would call before coming out. My appointment range was 10-12. I got a call around 8:30 asking if he could come out--EVEN BETTER! I received an email with the information concerning the tech that was coming to my house along with tracking detail as he was in route to my home. He arrived around 9am. I provided the faucet set and explained that I'd like to know if he could do something about the crazy plumbing under the sink done by another plumber a yr ago. He said he could but would be an additional charge on top of installing the faucet. I was good with it. He also said because it was my faucet they could not warranty it, only the labor they provided -still good with that. He turned off the water outside & did his thing. After completing the work he turned on the water had me turn on the faucets everywhere else in the house to get the air out. He ran the kitchen faucet that he installed for a while checking above & below, then run and drained the dishwasher. All was perfect. Then he cleaned up and returned to request payment. In the end, the final payment was less than he estimated. They emailed me the receipt.

Tech told me that he would first have to install a capacitor so that he could see if the compressor would function. Quoted me a price of $476.00 to replace a capacitor that didn't cost more than $30. I felt he was just trying to push me into buying a whole new unit, which I did, but not from Morris Jenkins.

We have subscribed to their "preferred customer" service, and receive very good care, no less than twice a year (both systems) and receive priority appointments when problems arise. Service technicians have been gracious and knowledgeable.

Jay called in advance, showed up on time, and did the work promptly. He called back the next day to make sure everything was still running fine. He serviced both A/C units at our location.

Morris-Jenkins' rep Nick B came out to my residence to analyze my uneven heating / cooling problems stemming from a poorly designed and installed, single zone crawlspace duct system installed by the home builder some years back. Nick indicated his previous background and experience was in the race car industry. He was involved in air-flow management and.design for NASCAR racing competitors. With that type of background he would most definitely be able to design a new duct distribution system that would satisfy our heating and cooling comfort needs year round. He came up with a unique design that was somewhat different from the other three contractors I spoke with. His detailed explanation and sketch made good sense and his pricing was in line with other quotes I received. Plus, he was replacing everything in the crawl space except the air handler, whole house filter and humidifier. Other contractors were not. So, all the old cardboard duct work and all the flex lines and plenums and strapping were removed, to be replaced by new state of the art equipment including adding a second zone and thermostat. I can truthfully say the my Morris-Jenkins rep did a great job of understanding my needs and designing a system that addressed those concerns. Morris-Jenkins was the last of four contractors that I received a proposal from and it certainly pays, as a homeowner, to do your research, so as to get perspective on the different ideas from various contractors on how they propose to solve your problem. Very happy I chose Morris-Jenkins to do my project. Very easy company to do business with. The installation crew completed the job in two days, Found them to be very tuned in to the proposed plan designed for my home. They were efficient, thorough, and courteous from start to finish. Did a great job cleaning up my sealed crawl space as well. They left it cleaner then it was before they started the installation. If you have a similar project, it's recommended to always have several contractors give you a proposal for the work, so you can better judge which contractor's solution best fits in with addressing your concerns. I would highly recommend that Morris-Jenkins should be one companies that you contact.

Employee very friendly and work was good. Price was way out of bounds. Costs over $600 for a toilet install and replace a broken flange. Toilet was already purchased by owner and the flange, about $15 dollars when purchased by itself. Had to get it done, had no other choice at the time. They are very expensive and I won't recommend or use them again. Spoke with a supervisor about costs and he told me it was because it took a professional to get the broken piece of flange from the toilet drain. That was total BS.
