Steve came out and worked really hard trying to unclogg my drains. Very nice person.

Larry Richardson came to help fix my gas log fireplace. He came with a trainee, Michelle. Both took COVID Precautions, double masking, boots and gloves, which made me feel safe to have them in my home. Larry found and corrected the problem quickly. Larry had also fixed a broken water pipe in my kitchen behind the refrigerator. Both visits and one with Chris were very professional.

Showed us photos of both furnaces opened up, clearly explained the maintenance he performed, and did NOT pressure us into replacing a 27 year old natural gas regulator (which Brody replaced at our request for safety reasons). Yes, MJ did come and go gently. Everything was put back into place as if they weren t ever here. My only issue was with the sales aspect of my experience. I had already pre-qualified for an amount to have my unit replaced but sales insisted I run my credit again in an attempt to up sale me on a better unit. Not what I had expected and later found that although I prequalified, I could ve purchased the unit from another company for a few thousands less.

Morris Jenkins is very reliable and their customer service is top notch - which is a make-or-break deal for me. I have my AC and furnace with MJ and I'm happy they have added plumbing. Ralph was my plumber and he's awesome! Very friendly, we joked around a lot, yet very professional. He was honest and gave me direct answers to all my questions, never once sugar coating or trying to sell me anything. Great experience, as always with MJ. My only "negative" review on MJ is they are very pricey compared to other places! But considering I've dealt with every mom & pop shop out there and have been scammed by several people, I budget and save for MJ to do the work cause I trust them 100%.

Morris-Jenkins service personnel are as polite and professional as their commercials show them to be. They found the problem with our A/C unit, provided several options for the repair and explained everything in detail along with all price differences. I will be calling them again for A/C as well as any plumbing jobs in the future.
