If I could give NO STARS, I absolutely would. They came out in August to repair our outdoor fire pit. In September, they returned and asked for almost $600.00 to order the part. From Sept. to Jan would not respond to our calls, messages etc... In January, I spoke to someone in the office. She stated that the manager said they would have our fire pit repaired by the end of Jan. or they would refund us fully. I have called and left messages. Today, I received a text that stated they would come out next week for the installation. This was only after I asked for our refund again and told them I would hire an attorney. I told them again today that I do not want them to fix this now, and we wish for our full refund—NO RESPONSE TO MY MESSAGE OF COURSE. STAY CLEAR OF THESE MONEY GRABBERS.

We ordered a new Viking Grill on 5/4/23 and still have not received it nor been installed! We made the mistake of pre-paying for the grill which they required to order it. It's now 11/17/23 and we are still getting excuses as to why the Grill has not been installed all of which are BS. It's clear they never purchased our grill and used the money to help finance other parts of their business or worse. I went to their office today to speak to someone, but no one was there only a sign on the door to leave deliveries in the back, they don't answer their office phone and the only communication I receive is from someone by text promising me that the President Anthony Xedus will call me and install the grill in December. I'm tired of their lies, demanded a refund and will have no choice to begin legal action to get my money back from these folks. Do yourself a favor and never use the Grill Doctor! Also, check out the Better Business Bureau website for this company, it's even worse!

Absolutely do not recommend.We paid in full for a Blaze Grill and Hood in February. Every 2 weeks we received a new "promise date" for the delivery. We finally received delivery on May 24, but it was dented. Over the course of the next 3.5 months, they told us week after week that the replacement hood would arrive in 1-2 weeks. The false deadlines were infuriating. Ultimately, we completed our outdoor kitchen, gave up on the Grill Doctor, and installed the dented Hood. They gave us a credit for the dented merchandise. (The check was also delivered 1 week later than promised - seriously) I understand that delays happen, but it's the false deadlines that are so infuriating. The false deadlines continued bi-weekly for months - from February to September. This was a small piece of our outdoor construction project, but it ended up causing big delays and an entire summer with no grill. This Blaze grill and Hood could have been purchased from other companies and delivered in 3 days. This was not a specialty item, but we had already paid in full.

Grill parts paid for but either did not arrive or were never order. No one answering phone or returning calls. Be careful.

Buyer beware. They don't stand behind their products. I bought a Masterbuilt 1050 from them on May 4th. It took them 11 days to deliver it and it was DOA. Another 7 days went by before they delivered the second one and it had a faulty fan too. At this point its a design flaw and asked for a refund on 5/17. Today is 06/29 and still no refund. They won't give me proof they actually issued the credit, and keep giving me "The check is in the mail" routine. I'm taking them to small claims court and issuing a complaint on the BBB. Sounds like they might be good at grill cleaning, but I wouldn't buy a matchstick from them.

My husband and I hire The Grill Doctor annually, to thoroughly clean and check out our grill, to ensure everything will be in good running order for the busy cookout season. The reps are always pleasant, on time, and consistently provide professional, excellent service.

The team was on time (early) and very professional -- completed take out and replacement in less than 1 hour. Very satisfied.

These guys know their stuff. They cleaned everything to look like new and taught me about how to care for my grill on an on-going basis to avoid future problems.

The service that was done was great! They have a lifetime warranty on all of their parts and went above and beyond to not only install the igniter on my grill but to clean it as well. They were polite, on time and the price was great! I would recommend them to everyone.
