They taught us how to know when our chimney damper was open and how to open and close it (And shame on us - we did not realize we had our chimney damper open for several weeks which I'm sure also contributed to moisture getting in to the chimney). They were determined to get to the bottom of our issue which involved multiple visits. They went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate them. So far the moldy smell has really gone down - almost disappeared. I am a happy camper."
