"Cancelled all services with Blanton as well as this well pitched Wow Service Plan. Was given a good pitch about services provided. However, after scheduling twice for services provided by service plan, only to have them cancelled and told need to reschedule. Today is was need to reschedule because they are anticipating (four days from now) a high volume of emergency calls due to cold weather and freezing temperatures. What cold weather? 52 and 43 at night are not freezing temps; 69 and 67 daytime are not freezing temps. So you reschedule appointments four days in advance with no actual justification or confirmation the day of of what you think might happen? Sounds more like laziness or a reason not to fulfill appointments made almost two weeks prior. Second, why have an online system that allows you to book an appointment and date but when you call to complete the appointment process, tell us that the dates that show on the calendar as “available” don’t actually mean they are available? The lady I spoke to said they are run by two different departments. Sounds like you need to update your systems and booking process that actually shows dates of availability so customers don’t waste time picking a date that isn’t actually available and waste time. Or get rid of calendar option altogether so you cannot select a date that isn’t in “real” time."

What was really nice is that even though a mix up occurred and the unit didn't get registered after it was installed as this was new construction with a custom builder. "Mr. Mcneil went out of his way to come at the end of a long day on a Friday evening to repair my furnace because the weather was predicted to be cold over the weekend. Originally he had said he would come on Monday, but he said he realized that the weather would make it an uncomfortable weekend for me and came after 6 PM to help me out. So I was comfortable all weekend because of his concern. He fixed the problem with in a half an hour. Also because of the Pandemic, I really appreciated his effort to stay far away from me and to not come into my house. We communicated by phone or at a great distance outside. This was very much appreciated."

"Steve has been to my house twice and has been incredibly professional, kind, and clean both times. The first time, there was a leaking bathtub in my 2nd floor bathroom and although he had to cut the ceiling in the living room, he identified the problem and fixed it quickly and cleanly. He came the second time to my house to address a non-working kitchen sink garbage disposal and did it on the day I was moving! I couldn't have been more grateful for his services that day!"

"I used Streamline Services to replace my HVAC system and to install insulation on the ductwork in my basement in August 2024, and unfortunately that was an extremely expensive mistake. We have since had them out 7 times that I have record of to repair issues related to the ductwork insulation, at extreme disruption to mine and my husband’s jobs which are based in our home, and on 2 of those occasions they also had a manager supervising. It’s the least of my concerns at this point but they left a mess each time they came, insulation scraps and screws all over the place and tape stuck to the floor. After all that, the insulation has never been properly adhered to the ductwork and has fallen down repeatedly, there are multiple areas all over our basement where the fiberglass insulation is exposed and where the tape has visibly lifted and the insulation is just resting on top of the duct. Their communication is somehow even worse than their workmanship. I’ve been trying to speak to a manager about a refund since December (I have record of 10 such inquiries I made in that time) and I’ve either been ignored or told that someone will call me and it never happens. They did give me a refund that amounted to roughly 8% of what I paid for the duct wrapping about two weeks ago, without contacting me or letting me know which I found odd, however that is not at all reflective of what I should be refunded after all of this and I think they just did it in hopes that I would leave them alone. I really wanted to resolve this with them amicably and have been exceedingly patient with them but unfortunately that goodwill hasn’t been reciprocated. We paid for our ducts to be wrapped and sealed and I think it’s clear we didn’t get what we paid for."
