I asked a lot of different questions and he was kind enough to take several minutes to answer my questions and explain additional information to me so that I could make an informed decision. We decided to move forward with installing a second zone for the second floor in our two-story home, and Raymond was able to schedule the work within the week. Raymond was prompt and showed up at the times he said he would and completed the work in a professional manner. He put down tarps over our carpet so his trips in and out of the house did not cause any issues for our carpets. Then it was put back in the appropriate manner and when a part didn't work, they rigged it to work until the part could be replaced. "The men from Streamline could not have been more helpful.  We called them to check out our old water heater upon recommendation of our office park association.  They inspected the old unit and provided us with several viable options for replacement of this unit.  Although we were experiencing no problems with it, we were acutely aware of its age and decided to be proactive in replacing the old one for a more streamline looking new energy efficient model.  Our service provider clearly explained all options and price points and provided us with literature so we could determine the unit to best meet our needs. Once that was done, a date was set up for removal of the old unit and installation of the new one.  On the day of installation, the service man promptly arrived and worked the job till completion.  He was exteremely tidy and left the utility room sparkling clean.
