What was really nice is that even though a mix up occurred and the unit didn't get registered after it was installed as this was new construction with a custom builder. "I had work done in Feb of 24. I know life gets in the way and I am not big on reviews because I don't believe half of them. Well, I'm not paid, and I would definitely not recommend David. The work he did to fix my duct work fell apart not even 6 months later and the *cleaning* he did to my unit actually made it worse to the point I am going to have to have it replaced since it's not repairable. He sprayed and scrubbed inside it bending all of the fins. I wish I was more of a prick and wrote him a check so I could have at least cancelled it, but as such I paid in cash. Lesson learned. I'm really tired of so-called professionals taking advantage of people. "

Most recently, I had another company go out to diagnose a system that company installed back a few months ago because the thermostat wasn't working. After dropping the ball on two occasions, and then quoting me close to $1000 to run a new wire, I decided to call Landen. Carlos was quickly dispatched and within a half hour of arriving, had found the problem and had a fix in place! Holy Cow! Nowhere near the cost or ordeal that the other company was painting.
