Miguel inspected our unit and answered the questions we had about the installation. I have peace of mind. The company who installed went out of business and neglected to put the Freon in the unit. We had to have several repair calls that ended in expensive Freon additions. I guess no one wanted to fill it? No leaks found. Should we need more Freon, I’ll call Miguel and he’ll track done the leak or we’ll contact Goodman for warranty repairs. Miguel is very thorough and helpful.

M&R guided us from start to finish as we assessed our current HVAC system, collaborated on a solution, and completed the removal, upgrade, and installation of our central air conditioning unit. As is often the case, unexpected challenges arose during the process, but the guys ensured our new heat pump and air handler were up and running without compromise. We wholeheartedly give them our stamp of approval. Thank you! 🙏🏾
