We had 5 pets and had smoked in the house prior to moving out. They were able to get the residue off the cabinets and completely removed the smell of smoke and pets from the entire house. "I reported a window sealant problem beneath several windows, and my concern that I also may have a house foundation issue. I was given an inspection appointment. Daniel Messer conducted a thorough inspection, inside and outside, and determined that our foundation is solid, but we have a water leakage problem. This is causing rain water to enter beneath our windows, resulting in a significant window trim gap and separation from the window.
