"Fluent in English. Prompt. Complete. I had a pool that was built in 1979. It didnâ t have a main drain. It was almost entirely 8 ft deep. Was a diving pool. It had no steps waking into the pool. Mr Molina did exactly what I wanted and he gave me choices that would each be a different economic cost. And the project was cleaned up by completion. He leveled my pool up to more of a wading and lounging pool. Installed a wide set of stairs as I requested and a new pool pump system. He was the best. Previously a man I hired had taken more money and only demolished and failed to produce the liner nor the fill. I will always recommend Molina Pools"

"Contact with contractor was always courteous, but I had to initiate visits from workers and often call to find out what was happening and why. I am running into problems with the running of the pool that I think could have been avoided if proper manuals were supplied with the equipment and if more detailed instructions and warnings were offered at time of installation. The contractor has responded to my calls after installation and I would recommend this company if buyer is prepared to keep abreast of the project and familiarize himself with requirements of all equipment before using."

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

Construction typically takes 3-6 months, including site preparation and assembly.

Depending on the type of land survey, the report will mark the boundaries of your property, the topographical changes of the landscape, as well as major natural and added structures to the plot. A more detailed survey, like an as-built survey, will note the measurements of the structures and landscape following major construction. A topographic survey will also help your contractor determine the cost of land development projects.

This is fairly rare, but sometimes the local government or a group like a historical society will label a tree as a landmark, or historical item. These designations almost always come with a small, on-site plaque for identification, but you should also be able to look up protected trees in your area on a city website or similar list. If the tree in question is a landmark, call your local government and ask how to proceed before making any plans.

Errors in site preparation can lead to structural failures or appear costly midway. Professionals ensure detailed, reliable home base development layouts.

When planning for land survey costs, you should consider the following elements as major contributors to the overall cost:

  • Size of your property in terms of acres or square feet

  • Complexity of the terrain in terms of hills, elevation changes, rocks, water, and other features

  • Type of survey you need (boundary survey, topographic survey, or a combination of survey types)

  • Distance traveled for the professional surveyor
