My name is Jesse and I got started with remodeling and construction working for my dad right here in the Triad. That was many years ago! Since then, I've been involved in various construction and remodeling projects as an installer, project manager, and production manager. From property management with condos and apartments to remodeling projects large and small for homeowners, you'll find my experience helpful in planning and executing your project. My husband and I hired Jesse's Renovations thru "Angie" and we could not have been more satisfied with the results! We needed our deck extended and a few custom wheelchair ramps put in for me. The workmanship, attention to detail and the professionalism of himself and his crew were excellent. They started the job when he said they would, and they always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. We have already recommended Jesse's Renovations to friends and will continue to highly recommend them.

"This is a completely unfair retelling of what happened. After the initial repair, I returned for no charge to reseal the area in good faith since resolving roof leaks can be a process. I did not charge for my return visit - I was trying to do the right thing. I cannot continue to come out for free, nor would that be fair to me, as I am attempting to repair a previous contractor's work. The company or person who installed the roof initially did not transition the house roof to the sunroom/porch very well. There are also numerous nail pops all over the entire roofing system, which could be causing water to travel down the roof and appear lower on the slope. I did not receive a call about further leaking to my knowledge. If the roof continues to leak, a more comprehensive repair would be the next step, and I was upfront about that from the beginning and we agreed that a less expensive repair would make more sense initially, and I even offered to take the cost of the initial repair off the bill if she decided to go with a more comprehensive repair down the road. I was trying my best to be fair, as I always do! I wasn't given the opportunity to inspect the new leak or provide an estimate for a more comprehensive repair - just a poor review was posted without communication with me. I would've gladly come out to inspect the leak and offer some options for next steps."

Jesse Renovations was hired to paint/stain my unfinished covered porch. He was very professional and came out and gave me an estimate to power wash and stain/paint. I liked his professionalism and knowledge. There was one problem encountered but he came up with a solution to solve the problem to my satisfaction.

Deck or Porch Repair
Jesse was very polite and professional. He clearly reviewed how he could solve an exterior trim upgrade around our screened in porch. He was also truthful in letting us know he needed to recommend another professional for some exterior flooring issues due to our older home. He and his coworker did a great job and the finished job was so well done. He is an excellent communicator as well. I highly recommend and will use Jesse again.

A wall in my house was protruding outward and had several sizable cracks and fissures. I contacted Jesse's Renovations, and when Jesse came to look at the wall, he told me exactly what he and his team would do to repair it, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. While working on the repair, Jesse kept me updated on their progress. They finished on time and on budget! They did a superb job-the paint was matched perfectly, and there were no tell-tale signs of a freshly-painted wall. I give Jesse's Renovations five stars and would not hesitate to contact them again or to refer them to friends. I feel so fortunate to have found this company!

Jesse was dependable and very professional. He took a look at what he needed to paint and this sent me a pretty accurate breakdown and it's cost. He was meticulous and made sure was happy while the work was being done. Hope to have future work to be done by him. Very reasonably priced and dependable.
