"They really had very little to do.  I called a chimney sweep because of the cracks in the mortar of the firebricks.  Wanted to make sure fireplace was in OK condition to install the new gas logs.  Visit was so short, I thought the cost was a bit much since this was not a wood fire chimney being inspected and cleaned.

They kept me informed of everything they were doing or going to do. I was never left hanging second guessing if they were finished for the day, etc. great communication skills were a plus. Prompt and courteous service - the best by far in Greensboro. If I could give them a score higher than an "A" I would do it! Never using anyone else. Oh and they clean up after themselves!
