Customer service was great! He called before he came and he came early! Educated me on how to properly use my gas logs. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

My 1949 chimney had lots of disintegrating mortar joints. No known water leaks yet, but I wanted to prevent that. The company seems professional & reliable. Very nice folks to work with. Kept me in touch on schedule & arrival time. Would hire again. I have to presume the repair job is correct; it looks good. Price was reasonable--in between an ultra-high "rebuild the whole thing" quote and a low ball quote from someone who never followed up.

I have an estimate. Ut have not had the work done yet. I did get a good inspection.

The guys were very prompt, both showed up exactly on time for both initial estimate and installation. Work was done completely cleanly, and I love that they guarantee their damper installations for life. Pricing was very fair.

So glad I found these guys. I have been trying to hire a local chimney sweep here in Greensboro for well over a year but never received a response of any kind. Saw A Cleaner Chimney's coupon and purchased it. When I spoke with Josh I told him about the wet burnt wood smell. He presumed it would have something to do with the chimney cap. They came and swept the chimney and climbed on the roof to inspect the cap. Turns out there wasn't one. They are returning this week to repair the chimney top and install a much need cap. Highly recommend them.

I was very happy with the service. The owner came out with a new trainee and unfortunately the new trainee accidentally tracked some soot on my carpet. The owner offered to have my carpet cleaned and refunded me $50 for my trouble. Very nice guys and they did a great job. The owner even explained what I needed to do to convert my fireplace myself so I wouldn't have to pay to have it done. I recommend them and will use them every time I need my chimneys swept.

Well, beginning to end. This company is fair, reasonable, and prompt. Before completing the project for which he was hired, Josh suggested that I ask someone else to review some parts of the roof that may need more extensive work; and he recommended a very fine person to do that. I am well satisfied with A Cleaner Chimney and with their network of related services.

I was excited when I saw A Cleaner Chimney had an offer on here for a Chimney Sweep and Wood stove safety inspection. It hit everything I wanted as this was our first winter in the house. They were punctual, thorough, no didn't leave any mess. They did an amazing job! I would recommend them to anyone needing work done and they will be my go to for anything related.

Both were extremely friendly and professional. They did great work on both chimneys and installed a chimney cap. Looks great.

There was an appointment mix-up on their part but they made it right and when the day came for them to come out, Josh actually called to see if he could come early. We were able to work it out and he showed up on time, got the work done quickly and efficiently, made NO mess and was very pleasant to speak with.

The young man who came was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions about how a chimney functions and the dynamics of building a fire. He did a great job not only explaining everything but also cleaning the chimney. He was very neat and had a system for keeping things clean around the work area. The price seemed a tad high for the small chimney I had. But overall this company gets high marks. They seem to know their business and to be a conscientious company!

The guys did excellent work. Cleaned all debris. Recommended a future repair to chimney, not causing a problem now but may in future. Told us what to watch for when problem was getting worse.

They showed up a hour late with two gentlemen. I was called and told three were coming to do the job. When they arrived they did not have all their tools and asked my husband could they use some of his to preform the job. They tracked up my hardwoods with their machine they use to clean the vents. They tore the latch and lock off the door to my crawl space and did not inform us. It was the next day when we found out about it. They did not put the air vents back in the floor nor did they clean their mess is when they left. This company was a bit disappointment .

This company was very polite and professional. The work they did was excellent and at a very reasonable price. Unlike other chimney cleaning companies, they did not try to sell me services that I did not need.
