He was so courteous and personable. He even wore booties to protect my floors without my asking! He was the most thorough technician I have ever had at my home. He put me at ease with his thorough inspection of my electrical system after we experienced issues in our panel. "They did not come when they said they would, but someone called to warn us they were running late. When they got here, they were very fast and efficient. The lead technician really knew his stuff and explain what was going on. He found problems on the roof and was able to fix them as well. Overall, great experience and we will hire them again."
