"This week in particular when a number of medical issues and home maintenance problems occurred, my AC also went out yesterday. I called A+ Heating and air conditioning services and I can’t believe how promptly they responded to my phone call and arranged for a technician to be here early this morning. They were phenomenal especially considering that it was 84° in my home last night I so I appreciate the entire service with them and can highly recommend them to anyone needed their company for their services."

"The service was phenomenal. Mike was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Just to note: we looked through 4 or 5 local A/C repair businesses, and read reviews before choosing The Air Doctor, Looking for someone to give us an honest evaluation without costing us an arm and a leg. "Advanced Air Solutions, Inc office responded quickly and scheduled the visit for the next day. The young lady who scheduled the appointment was very professional and pleasant. "First time using Indoor Mechanical for HVAC work. I'm an out of state landlord that must rely on the integrity and honesty of local companies. "Cory and his team are very knowledgeable about HVAC systems and thermostats. They arrived promptly, explained what they were going to do and wore shoe covers to help with tracking mess into house. We are a no shoes household so this is appreciated. We recently had a new HVAC system installed and the company that did it wired our new Glaz thermostat incorrectly and they noticed this and fixed the issue. They did an amazing job cleaning the ducts and the house smells 100% better than before we had it cleaned. Very friendly, courteous and hardworking guys, totally recommend this company and will use them again when needed!"

If your AC condenser is nearing the end of its life, it might leak fluid or make loud or unusual sounds (like grinding or hissing). You might also notice that it isn’t heating your home as evenly or effectively as it once did. Also, an aging condenser will have to work harder to cool your home, which may force it to use more power and drive up your utility bills.

To reset your air conditioner, start by turning it off at the thermostat. Then, shut off power to the AC system at the circuit breaker. Some units have a dedicated "reset" button; if yours does, press and hold it for three to five seconds. If your air conditioner doesn't have a reset button, or if you are resetting it after a power outage, leave the circuit breaker off for at least 30 minutes to allow the system to reset itself. Afterward, turn the power back on at the breaker, turn on the AC from the thermostat, and set it to "cool" to test the system.

If your AC runs constantly, it could be due to a number of things, including a faulty thermostat, incorrect temperature settings, or broken equipment.
