I asked him several times to go up and checked where the leaked emanated. He was too lazy to bring the ladder up the stairs. He didnt showed any air samples. He refused to give me the actual reading of the data, the particles in the air. Idont know what they call it. like the toxic substance in the air. ill offhand the ones I know like VOCS and of Carbon dioxide. Which ever was not good .and Radon all the different type of toxic particles that can be in the air. He sent me a text He didnt care If I give him a bad rating, Im in Real Estate company .I didnt do any services from him. So I dont know what would be waiting for me. I gave him 5days to make it right but He refused.

Team came in and looked at my old broken unit, made recommendations and within 2 weeks I have a new functioning central vacuum again. They were good to work with and delivered what I needed and what was promised.

Unclogged my central vacuum system and in process discovered the system was poorly installed when the house was built. Made modifications to the system's pipes to make system more efficient. Very prompt. Great communication. Let me know status of project along the way. Provided options during the work and often recommended the less expensive option. Very professional.

Very responsive and on time!

Mike was extremely helpful with my problem. He wrote a letter explaining to my HOA and insurance why my house still smelled like smoke and why it was affecting my health. He also left an aerator scrubber with me until another one for my air handler could be purchased. I thought he showed compassion which no one else did including my adjusters. BTW! Nationwide, Sasser restoration and everyone else involved.

Mike was timely, courteous, and straightforward with simple answers! I will be using him again in the future!

My internal vacuum blew up! Yikes. I have three fuzzy pets and some wall to wall carpeting, so I needed a replacement soon. Carolina Solutions replaced by old one and installed it quickly. Whew!

He did an excellent job and explained everything

The professional came, checked out my house, gave me his overall opinion of what he thought that my problem was and then gave me the option to either do the corrective measures myself or let him do it. Plus he told me that there was no rush and if I chose to do it myself he would walk me through the process.

Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Talked us through everything to help us understand what was going on. Hopefully we wonâ t need mold remediation again but if we do we will definitely use them again!
