"Upstairs would not cool down with the unit on, called indoor mechanical and Robert and Josh came out within 24 hours. Did a lot of testing and looked everything over and turned out needed and entire new unit. Had a price same day and an appointment set. They were on time, professional, cleaned and made sure everything was running right and even checked to make sure the kids rooms had good air flow to keep them comfortable during these warm spring days in NC. Could not ask for a better outcome to a crappy situation that is going to happen eventually when you own a home. Indoor mechanical will be my go to for anything they offer."

"The initial installation team did a terrible job, resulting in collapsed ductwork and a frozen AC!The plenum return work was shoddy. Fortunately the company sent out a second team with an advisor to fix the problem. The work took an additional 2 days to complete. I'm still wondering why this company has such major inconsistencies with their work...I'm still baffled over this very unsettling experience."
