Flooring Install went great. He showed up on the days indicated at 8 am when he indicated he would arrive. Cory rebuilt the stair for us that I to needed to tear out during the demo. He also sanded the area that had tile previously to make sure we would not have any squeaking problems...
Work went well. Protected floor with booties and a tarp. Removed all items under sink. Removed old faucet which had badly corroded hardware. Installed new faucet. Replaced items under sink. Also inspected rest of house plumbing.

I cannot thank you enough! They also fixed my walk in shower in the master bathroom (the previous GC did a really sub par job) and I’m so happy that Thomas replaced the sub floor part of that shower and redid the step on it so water didn’t keep getting on the floor. They also redid all the flooring in the master bath, took out the 30 year old vanity and toilet and replaced them with new modern styles that save water and energy.
