Air Supply of WIlmington, LLC

Our 21 year old air conditioner stopped for a while and then started but weakly. I called a major Company in Wilmington and they said they could not come out for 6 days. I called Air Supply and he came after the project he was on in about 4 hours. He tested the system and said everything was working fine but the capacitor that starts the unit. (I know very little about the system). He replaced it and within 45 minutes we were up and running again. When I asked his advice on our old system he was very honest and told us it could last another year, month or day. Other companies have tried to sell us on a new one, but he was honest and gave us advice along the lines of what he would do if it was his system. He said if money is no issue he could replace it, and since money is an issue, we thanked him for being honest and will use him again when he need maintenance/repair or replacement

After several years and multiple companies trying to fix my HVAC systems, I've finally found someone who can get the job done. My systems have never worked any better!!! I will never call anyone else again.

It went very well. Mr. Saunders arrived at my residence within 30 minutes of the time I called him. He came in discovered the problem within minutes and repaired the issues. Mr. Saunders was polite and professional. He also recommended several things we could do ourselves to keep our heating and air costs down. I would absolutely recommend his company, Air Supply of Wilmington, LLC, to anyone I know having issues with their systems. I've never had such prompt and professional service as this company provided!!

First off, he arrived promptly and professionally. He checked over my A/C unit and let me know that my system was running very well for its age. He did need to add some freon, but that was the only repair. He went above that and cleaned the coil and around my unit. After said and done, he made sure that my vents we're blowing the air temp they should have been. He also explained more about my system, how it effectively cools and what parts of the house would be the "coolest". I like the fact he didn't over charge me or tell me I need extra repairs or new unit. He also told me I had a few years left in it with it being 15yrs old. So overall, I recommend Air Supply of Wilmington highly!

Our 1 year old system quit cooling and we could not get the provider we bought it from would not respond so we call Roger from a referral of a friend and he came out that evening and took the time to troubleshoot and find the issue.... FANTASTIC!

When I've called my tenants to follow up they rave about how professional and courteous the A/C  workers were. Air Supply of Wilmington make our management company look good.

Roger responded to my texts on a Saturday night that my AC Unit was out, came out first thing Sunday morning at 10 am and stayed for about 3 hours and got me back up and running.  Honestly the service, the price, the performance, everything was 100 times over and beyond what I could have ever expected or asked for.  I am sure there are some good AC companies out there but I in the future would never ever think about calling anyone other than Roger for help with my AC Unit.  

Roger has also since then assisted me with issues with AC Units on 2 of my Rental Properties and has provided the same exact performance and service.
