Upstairs would not cool down with the unit on, called indoor mechanical and Robert and Josh came out within 24 hours. Did a lot of testing and looked everything over and turned out needed and entire new unit. Had a price same day and an appointment set. They were on time, professional, cleaned and made sure everything was running right and even checked to make sure the kids rooms had good air flow to keep them comfortable during these warm spring days in NC. Could not ask for a better outcome to a crappy situation that is going to happen eventually when you own a home. Indoor mechanical will be my go to for anything they offer.

I had such a great experience with Indoor Mechanical. I had to get my AC unit replaced along with all new duct work. The price was very reasonable and the work was done on time. They have great customer service, were honest, and hardworking. This was an expensive project but they helped to make it a little less painful. I recommend them to anyone who needs hvac repairs.

Heat Pump - Install or Replace
If I could give this company a hundred stars I would. They replaced our heat pump and complete HVAC system for a very reasonable price. The project was massive and took five days to complete but Robert, the owner, and his helpers are so pleasant and unobtrusive that it was not an ordeal to have them here for that long. If you are considering heating related projects and services, you would be foolish not to consider this fine company.

First time using Indoor Mechanical for HVAC work. I'm an out of state landlord that must rely on the integrity and honesty of local companies. The Quote for the product and installation was the best of 3 separate quotes.The communication from the initial contact through completion was excellent. The promptness and quality of work were both as promised. I have a tenant that is very helpful in evaluating any work done on the property for me. The work is top quality. My only complaint, (a function of trying to do things long-distance), is that work was promised at specific times, but then those times kept changing. In fairness, this is a small company that is trying to juggle a number of different projects. These guys went out of their way to bring window units while the install was happening. Robert explained everything they were doing so that I understood everything going on. Overall, a great group of people, and I will continue to call them for any HVAC needs. I highly recommend them.

Robert was great to work with. He installed 2 new Nest thermostats that ended up being defective. He came back twice over a weekend after the original service call to trouble shoot, and eventually install Honeywell thermostats for us. We very much appreciate his service and his professionalism, and will absolutely use him again.
