"I cannot say enough great things about All Service Moving—and ESPECIALLY Rico and Reyes, who were absolute lifesavers for my last-minute move. After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. They deserve every bit of recognition. 100% recommend."

"Stay as far away from Wayflower as you possibly can (we used them because of a broker, which is another HUGE mistake). From start to finish, Wayflower is unprofessional, unethical, lazy, and an absolute disaster. As shady a mover as we have ever experienced. They demanded cash after loading all our goods on their truck. But they refused to provide a bill of lading. Instead, they had my wife sign a blank BOL, then provided a fraudulent, filled out BOL the next day. No box counts. No bar codes. No knowing if all of our stuff was even on the truck. Upon arrival, they demanded the other half of payment in cash before they would unload anything. And demanded it with only half the load on premise. When they opened the trucks, the majority of boxes ( and plastic bins) were crushed or broken or both. No care at all for our belongings. The two-man crew, neither of whom spoke English, refused to reassemble furniture (despite the contract) and even tried to pretend to do so. The our one be"

"Perfectly Fast Moving is dishonest, manipulative, and flat-out unprofessional. The price doubled the night before the move. Then they tried to raise it again when they arrived. They pushed hard for cash only and no documentation. Their workers demanded a tip before leaving. And here?s the part that really disgusted me: They acted like my final price and their ?favor? depended on me giving them a 5-star review. It felt like strong-arming. Based on what I saw, it seems like the way they get any positive reviews is by pressuring customers during the move or trying to charge more money to get rid of complaints. "I had a terrible experience with this moving company. The customer service was extremely poor, and the workers were rude and disrespectful from start to finish. The job I hired them for should have taken no more than two hours?especially considering I had no large or heavy furniture. Instead, it took 4.5 hours because the workers spent most of the time standing around, complaining about the move instead of doing their job. Their lack of professionalism and poor use of time caused the move to take twice as long, and I was completely overcharged as a result. When I called to speak with a manager, I was told someone was the ?acting manager? for the day, but he was no help at all. He argued with me like a child and didn?t seem to understand what I expected from a professional moving service. This entire experience was frustrating, disappointing, and felt like a complete rip-off. I truly feel I was taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company to anyone"
