They made an error in what to charge us- the attic space was larger than the house diagram showed. So, they actually charged us less than they should have. But they held to original estimate and didn't charge us more. I appreciated their honesty and integrity in keeping their word and holding to the original contract. There was also a rebate from Duke Energy that we were supposed to receive for putting in the insulation. It took 6 months and a lot of follow up on their side but they kept at it, kept us up to date and we finally received the rebate. I am very grateful for the work they put in after the sale. Our energy bills have dropped dramatically since the insulation was installed."
