They performed the services outlined in the big deal and addressed a number of questions I had related to energy efficiency. The thermal scan found a number of areas in my home that were allowing cold air to penetrate. They provided recommendations on how to seal or insulate those leaky areas. They addressed every area inside the home including bonus room eves and attic. They were also kind enough to address some concerns I had related to my walk-in crawl space.
