Adept in handling preventative maintenance, basic repairs, cosmetic upkeep, and appliance installations. Ability to handle power tools and maintenance related machinery. Experienced as well in implementing and organizing all aspects of the construction process, both on and off-site for private homes and commercial businneses. This includes working with architects, engineers, contractors and general laborers. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and accuracy as well as flexibility with schedules when unforeseen issues occur.
