I wish I could give them higher than EXCELLENT rating. The quality of the work was superior. James and his crew were very knowledgeable and professional. Mrs Mary was very helpful with getting me quick service. The response to my call was next day. The price was extremely reasonable. There is absolutely nothing that could have been improved upon in this experience. Even though Jackson Superior Electric address is Youngsville, they also give superior service in Raleigh. I got next day service, which was amazing!

Jackson Superior Electric got the job, arrived at the scheduled time, and completed the job in less than 1 hour. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up every area they worked. I would definitely use them again if the need arises. They are more than fair with their cost. Don't waste your time contacting anyone else, it will only prolong your project at a greater cost.

Quick & efficiently done at a fair price.

I had issues replacing some light switches with the GE Smart switches. I ran in to a electric wiring that made no sense to me. SO  I decided i needed a Pro.  I contacted Jackson Superior Electric and was able to get them at my house the next day, even though they had a full schedule. They were able to finish their scheduled jobs and come to my place to look at the problem. After a few minutes discussing everything i had done and what was happening with the wiring, they were able to determine the problem with the one switch that stumped me and fixed it quickly. Then they replaced another 12 switches i had not gotten to. They did in a few hours what would have taken me a day or more.

They showed up on time as promised, removed their shoes and got right to work. They diagnosed the problems and offered suggestions as to how to proceed. They fixed the problems quickly and perfectly to my satisfaction. They worked quickly and efficiently and were in and out in less than an hour.

We had problems with cable boxes and associated equipment trippling the circuit breaker.  The provider diagnosised/replaced circuit breaker.

Mr. Jackson and his employees were friendly and helpful.  Mr. Jackson proposed a method that would save money at the existing panel.  The work was accomplished efficiently and professionally, as he described and for the price given.

When I called, I was told that they had a 2 week wait, but Mary said she could see what she could do and call me back.  I didn't expect much, but she called me the next day and said that she was going to send someone on their lunch over to check it out.  Well they came and I thought that when they couldn't find the problem quickly that they would come back at another time, but instead, Mr. Jackson was called in because they couldn't find the problem.  Mr. Jackson found the problem and they fixed it with no mess even though it was behind the sheetrock.  They are fantastic.  Professional, responsive, and take care of the job at hand.  They have a client for life and I will recommend them to everyone we know.

Jackson Superior Electric was referred to me by PSNC for electrical work relating to a tankless hot water heater installation.  Communication was great, price was great and everthing was great.  I will definitely call them again when I need electrical work done!

Mr. Jackson and his assistants arrived on time and the work was completed in a surprisingly short period of time.  They were pleasant and professional.  After the work was completed the assistants thoroughly cleaned the area.

They are outstanding. It was great. Mary and Dan Jackson are the ones who own the company. They are some of the most helpful people that I can get. He came out and looked at the place. He said this is what they should do and how they were going to do it, and they did it. They did it within a day. It is an old 1905 house and it had some serious problems to it. We needed to actually build the kitchen so that they could work inside. They told me what was possible and what was not possible. They rewired everything. They came back when there were some things not working quite right and fixed everything. I plan to use them again in the future.

Dan Jackson was my third estimate for a generator install.   My first contact was a company who had installed a generator for me in my previous home.   I was unpleasantly surprised at the estimate I received from this other company and decided to keep looking.   Dan Jackson provided me an estimate which was more in line with what I expected to be the cost based on my previous experience.   He was very knowledgeable as to what I could and could not run on the generator (the first two companies failed to notice that I had two heat pumps.  Both of which the generator would not be able to support).    This is the type of information that a consumer definitely needs to be aware of.   Dan was able to hook up the generator to run one ac/heat system and the majority of the rest of the house.   He was very accommodating to my schedule as well as that of my propane company.   Dan was quite patient when I had a last minute request to add a concrete pad (it meant moving the generator off the gravel bed, pouring concrete, etc.   I was very happy with his service.   His is a family company:  I also met his wife and son.  Both of whom were a pleasure to speak to.   His son helped install the generator and was also quite knowledgeable as to what he was doing.   I plan to use Dan again to maintain the generator and complete some electrical work for me.   I'm very happy with the services rendered and would highly recommend Jackson Superior Electric.

I first heard of Jackson Superior Electric because PSNC used them to do the wiring for my new tankless water heater and furnace conversion to natural gas.  The electrician left a card with me.  So when I needed a replacement GFCI outlet a couple of weeks later, I saw a coupon for them in the Angie's list mailer and gave them a call.   I had to call twice and leave messages, but the second time I got a return call and was scheduled within a couple of days.  The electricians were professional and courteous and quickly replaced my outlet.  I plan to use Jackson Superior again.
