The "front office" would let me know by either phone or email when the project would start, and then Tony and would give me updates. All and all the whole process went smoothly. "They really had very little to do.  I called a chimney sweep because of the cracks in the mortar of the firebricks.  Wanted to make sure fireplace was in OK condition to install the new gas logs.  Visit was so short, I thought the cost was a bit much since this was not a wood fire chimney being inspected and cleaned.

It's an interior door, so it's not the end of the world, just a little annoying. Their customer service is pretty good though.
