Josh did a great job against all the surprises he found as he started demolishing the damaged flooring, shower etc. He even found that the plumbing underneath the home was reverse graded (we always had problems with that).
He went out of his way to keep us informed because we could not be present at all times.
Completely trustworthy to leave without having to be concerned if he will do it right.
2. Placed cricket behind wrong fireplace.
3. Gutter repair never done.
4. Not all siding replaced.
5. Exterior painting never completed.
6. Sent up painter that talked me out of $150.00, saying Josh would stand behind his work - not true. Josh says he will make
good on work painter was to do.
7. Josh said he would complete job as soon as weather permits. Spring?
8. Work completed was excellent.
"[member name removed] was great to work with. We were unable to finish the exterior painting prior to the temperatures setting in, but we only billed for what was complete. The gutter repair and siding mentioned in item 4 were added on to the original bid and are to be done once the original contracted items are complete. The cricket work was due to miscommunication that I will take blame for. It was itemized on the bid the way we completed it, but the intended fireplace to work on could have been misunderstood with the bid terminology. Something to work on in the future. However, the work was performed on the intended chimney without additional cost to [member name removed]. Two chimneys for the price of one!. Item six was an issue that I was not aware of until after the fact. The painter that worked with my company did complete the work he was hired for with excellent quality and attention to detail. The incident in question was when he was approached by [member name removed] to do some painting that was not on the bid. [member name removed] and the painter came to an agreement to do the work and she gave him money upfront to pay for the paint. I was only notified of this after he had completed his work with me and left town for another job, without completing the agreed upon painting. Even though my company was not hired to do the job, we are going to complete the work as a good faith gesture. For the safety and security of the homeowner and their property, we always request that any questions and requests for additional work be brought to the attention of the owner and not taken directly to the employees/subcontractors. This decreases the chance of miscommunication and/or misinformation being relayed."
