The team did a great job of quickly addressing my needs and identifying any potential issues and/or safety concerns. The work was top notch and was completed in a timely manner.

They made sure they completed the projects to our specifications and made sure to handle any issues/concerns we had. They worked hard to find a leak in the shower and made sure to explain everything to us, including why it was leaking and how they were going to fix it. They even fixed a few other small things on the house that we didn’t even know they were going to fix and we appreciate it.

Everything went smooth and was completed in a very short timeframe. The wet insulation was removed the day before so the affected area had time to dry out before the new insulation was installed. Great group of guys to work with.

The two man crew arrived as scheduled: 0900. As a matter of fact, they were a little bit early on a Sunday morning! Let that sink in! SUNDAY MORNING! Nobody hung over from Saturday night or upset about being here! They got right to work, taking down the gutters from the back of the house so they could remove the rotted soffit, and then tag teamed my garage, removing all soffit. They then split up, one working on the backside of the house, the other working on the garage. It truly was poetry in motion. It was obvious, after watching them, that they knew what needed to be done, and how to get it done. Approximately seven hours later, they were done with the repairs contacted for! My wife and I did a final inspection and we're totally satisfied with the work done! Again, on a SUNDAY! We're already planning to have A Step Above Handyman Services do some additional work for us as well.

Overall, we were very happy with the service provided by A Step Above Handyman. Our original appointment had to be rescheduled to the next day which I'm sure isn't a normal practice for them and we were more than accommodating. Sometimes scheduling just don't work out as perfectly as you try to make it! The guys that came by put the mount up in like 10 minutes when we struggled with one nail for 20 minutes, lol. Sometimes it's not a bad idea to hire a professional. If I ever need anything else, I would definitely come back and utilize them. Would recommend!

Unbelievable workmanship! They sent a crew out to finish my flooring of 1955 sq ft home plus install a new sliding glass door. They were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. The Boss followed up, daily to make sure everything was going well! They did an awesome job on my flooring and door install. They finished the job in just a few days! I would definitely recommend these guys. They are great! I am very satisfied with their work and price!
