We had an amazing experience with A Step Above Handyman Services. The company also goes one more step beyond that. I found out that he sounds like a person that I can trust and he would not take advantage of us. I say that because. We've been take advantage of several times because I'm a 77 year old woman. Also my son has Autism. You don't know what we went through. We really needed work done. I found this business card at a restaurant and decided one more time to see if this person can help us without taking advantage of us. He went way out of his way by trying to understand what I needed. Because I did not know how to explained the right way. So my son had to explain it to him, because he knew that I did not know what I was talking about. Mr Howard was very polite, caring & understanding person. We will become a loyal customer from now on. The entire team at A Step Above Handyman Services will never fail you, they will impress you with their service. He goes way beyond on helping somebody with the problem of their home. He is the most understanding & caring person that I have ever met for a handyman service. With Mr Howard's service it has motivated me to tell everyone about his service, to all my friends and family. It was an unforgettable, experience, it was fantastic to have a understanding person. It went very well. They were prompt. Polite. Answered questions. Fixed some things that came up without hesitation. Added something that came up and made a fair adjustment to the cost. Always answered the phone. Cleaned up daily. Highly recommend.

The team did a great job of quickly addressing my needs and identifying any potential issues and/or safety concerns. The work was top notch and was completed in a timely manner.

They made sure they completed the projects to our specifications and made sure to handle any issues/concerns we had. They worked hard to find a leak in the shower and made sure to explain everything to us, including why it was leaking and how they were going to fix it. They even fixed a few other small things on the house that we didn’t even know they were going to fix and we appreciate it.

I really love my bathroom remodel, they were very professional. Never complained and I know it was hard. Very kind and did EVERYTHING they said they would. Did not cut corners and made sure I knew what was going on..

Everything went smooth and was completed in a very short timeframe. The wet insulation was removed the day before so the affected area had time to dry out before the new insulation was installed. Great group of guys to work with.

The two man crew arrived as scheduled: 0900. As a matter of fact, they were a little bit early on a Sunday morning! Let that sink in! SUNDAY MORNING! Nobody hung over from Saturday night or upset about being here! They got right to work, taking down the gutters from the back of the house so they could remove the rotted soffit, and then tag teamed my garage, removing all soffit. They then split up, one working on the backside of the house, the other working on the garage. It truly was poetry in motion. It was obvious, after watching them, that they knew what needed to be done, and how to get it done. Approximately seven hours later, they were done with the repairs contacted for! My wife and I did a final inspection and we're totally satisfied with the work done! Again, on a SUNDAY! We're already planning to have A Step Above Handyman Services do some additional work for us as well.
