I liked the sales pitch but had to cut it short (to an hour) as I had to go pick up my son. The sales ‘expert’ said he’d send me a quote along with other pertinent information the next day. After a week with no word, I called back and received an apology from customer service and was guaranteed to hear back regarding the quote within 48 hours. Another week passed and I called again. Got the same treatment from customer service along with the same promise of contact within 48 hours. It’s been another week now and obviously they have no intention of following up on this. Can’t speak to the work they do but pre-sale work is lacking."

Our 3-step process is the! First, Cobra will spray a plant and animal friendly product on the surface to gently lift the stains from the surfaces. Secondly, a light pressure wash to the surface will gently wash away the dirt, mold, organics, and mildews to prepare the surface for the coating. The eaves were among the intentionally ignored, and I was told "that's defined as part of the roof structure, which isn't included." Excuse me, but the contract says "clean and stain exterior of screen porch" - it does not say "screen porch walls only." Another ignored area was the top edge of the fascia and floorboards, which they stained above, and below, leaving a gap. And there were several other spots that were overlooked even after a visit to complete punch list items. I asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he never called me back. Next time I'll just hire a real house painter."
