He works with great care and uses hot water, soap, and some chlorox. He is meticulously careful not to damage existing paint on surfaces and when he is finished everything is spotlessly clean.

Arrived on time, and did the job in a couple of hours.  Very polite, no problems.

Easy to schedule an appointment.  Came at the scheduled time.  Work was done well and neatly.  Because of the weather the sealant application could not be done when originally scheduled and it was easy to work with them to reschedule.  They made several useful suggestions about what to do and how to do it that we had not considered.
All in all the work was done well and professionally and we will use them again when we need power washing and sealant application for the deck.

Called, left a message and the call was returned . Came the next day for an estimate. I told him I had company coming for a graduation party and needed it done ASAP. They rearranged their schedule and did a fantastic job.

The job went really well. He came out when he said he was going to and gave me an estimate. He was very punctual. He did it all for a good price.

I contacted Greg via email around May 6th; he responded by phone within an hour. It turned out that he was near my neighborhood that afternoon, and offered to take a look at the house and give an estimate, which he did by phone within another couple hours. He scheduled the washing within four days, and when I got home that evening the house was spotless with no cobwebs and no algae -- even cleaner than when we'd moved in. There was clearly some sort of bleach-like component used in the cleaner (odor lingered outside in places for a day or two), but it hasn't caused any problems with our shrubbery or other plants. Given the quick nature of the job $300 seems a tad on the high side (no, I didn't solicit multiple quotes, and yes, I could buy a pressure washer for that). That said--the job was first-rate and saved me from having to go on a ladder or worry about blasting a hole in my vinyl siding. I will almost certainly contact Greg again and I enthusiastically recommend his work based on my experience.

I used their services in summer last year. I liked that they came when they said they would come. They might have even come in early. They did a good job and I was pleased with their work. Their price was a little steep.

They did a fantastic job. They worked me into their busy schedule to accommodate upcoming window washing. They were punctual and did excellent work. Slightly over estimate, but well worth it.

Prior to the work, both decks were very weathered. The cleaners and the pressure washing restored both decks to almost new. I replaced one board in the deck with new pressure treated lumber. After the decks were cleaned you almost could not tell the difference between the old deck and the new board. I have tried to show this in the picture, the third board from the right is the new board. The work took place in two stages. On the first day, the workers arrived in a large truck. The foreman, Humberto, and his helper first moved all the furniture off the decks. They then started the cleaning. They worked quickly and efficiently despite the cold weather. The process and machinery are noisy. If you have neighbors who live close, sleep in the day, or are sensitive to noise, I would let them know ahead of time. Three days later, they returned to seal the deck. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.

Amazing difference! We had warned them of structural problems with the utility porch, and they exercised due caution, but still got it nice and clean. Got rid of all the moss growing through the brick patio. Pleasant workers.

GREG' WORK LOOKS VERY GOOD. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THE AREA HE DOES AND SPECIALIZES IN. GREG OWNS A VERY GOOD COMPANY AND I WOULD DEFINITELY TRUST HIM TO DO MORE WORK ON MY HOUSE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

WE HIRE THEM EVERY YEAR TO PRESSURE WASH OUR HOUSE. THEY ALWAYS DO A VERY GOOD, PROFESSIONAL JOB. ONE TIME WE DID TRY ANOTHER COMPANY, BUT WE FEEL THAT THEY DID NOT DO NEARLY AS THOROUGH OF A JOB AS THIS COMPANY, SO WE SWITCHED BACK TO TILLY'S.

WE'VE USED HIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES, AND WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY. HE ALWAYS SHOWS UP WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL, AND HE'S VERY NICE. WE DON'T EVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THEM.
