They did amazing. The worker were quick and thorough and were very conscientious about picking up any trash and nails. I highly recommend this roofing company and would gladly work with them again.

The communication regarding the replacement was great prior to the work being performed and the day of said performed work. The company charged for wood without proof wood was replaced and without mentioning it needing to be replaced. I then spend an hour arguing with their office of their bad communication to be told “I would have waived the fee but you threatened us with a bad review.” Very poor customer service after the work had concluded. I should have been more diligent in finding someone for our roof and it looks great but I’ll never do business with them again because of their post installation communication and professionalism.

"This client signed an agreement like every other client has over the last 25 years. This agreement does have in big bold lettering "Wood Replacement Extra If Needed" and explains the potential for extra material cost with a box beside it where clients initial proving that they read this portion of the agreement. There is no way we can tell if wood will be needed until we tear off the roof. It is unlawful for us to install new roofing over top of rotting wood. She had 2 sheets that had to be replaced, had it been a significant amount of wood to replace we surely would have communicated that to her. Proof/pictures of wood replacement was sent and received by this client before she posted this review. I have email correspondence as proof. We fulfilled our agreement 100% and installed a beautiful roof that she loves and will enjoy for many years to come. We would have loved to be able to make this client 100% satisfied but after explaining the law of replacing rotting wood she then threatened us with a bad review and at that point I took it very personal. It’s not fair to business owners that work so hard to keep the integrity of their company up when clients like this can come in and leave 1* review for a job well done that they absolutely love! Please continue to read through these reviews and you will see that we do not do 1* work, we take pride in our community and our name."

He was supposed to come just to do an estimate but it was such a simple fix he was able to take care of it on his first visit. He was great, he also checked to make sure that there was no moisture whatsoever so I was really glad that he could tell so that I could sleep soundly at night

We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The team from All about roofing worked together very well and made for a seamless install. Every effort was made to ensure our happiness with the job. I can be very particular about things being done right and don't like relying on others to work on my house, but am more that satisfied with the work done, plus they replaced the entire roof in only 2 days. I had some special requests and was told that it would not be a problem. The workers were polite and knowledgeable and cleaned up well when the work was done. I am very pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail provided by All About Roofing.

Beautiful job. Owner came to make estimate. He is courteous and easy to talk to. We chose Landmark Architectural shingles, a more expensive product. First day, 6 men were on the roof, removing shingles and putting up new. There were enough shingles for 2 men to work the beginning of the second morning. Additional shingles arrived that afternoon. Two men finished the job by lunchtime the third day. They cleaned up their mess each day! Gutters were installed another week, when it was not raining!

Jeremy is very friendly, but that is about it after that there was no contact. We signed the contract for work to be done on 6-15-16 for work to be done not started until 8-09-16. In between there was no contact from them, my wife would call for updates otherwise there was nothing. Installation crew was wonderful came went about there work and got it done except for one piece which they put on about a week later. Power exhaust fan is anything but it barely runs and really is a waste of 350.00. People in the office were not very friendly or helpful. Bottom line if you don't care when it gets done and you don't care if the company does not communicate with you about your job then they your company but if you want communication and get the job done promptly go somewhere else.

I would like to point out that Jeremy did inform you that we were 2 months out on installations before you signed the contract. Jeremy makes everyone aware of this so that there is no confusion and everyone is on the same page as to when the installation will take place. We have not been made aware that you are unhappy with the power exhaust fan. We take pride in making our clients happy, therefore, if you would have called our office and informed us about the power fan we would have been happy to do whatever it took to fix the issue. Any time your wife called our office we informed her of the expected installation date. I do apologize for any unfriendly communication that you might have received from our office staff, we do switch our phones over to an answering service and we have had some complaints about the staff there being unfriendly. I will look into this. I am the office manager here at All About Roofing and I have not spoken to you or your wife, if I would have been made aware of these issues I could have handled them promptly for you. We would be happy to come out and take a look at the power fan and by any means do what needs to be done to make you a happy client. They didn't fix the leak. So we called them back. They came out and redid it plus something else that they found. They fixed it for free. They were very very nice about it. The owner came out. The crew was very professional. We chose them basically because they were the only ones that could come out right away. Everybody else wasn't interested in doing the job or were too busy. They acted like they were very knowledgeable. Based off of their truck, it looked like they were equipped to handle just about any job that would come along whereas with the other ones, if you looked at their little pick up truck, they didn't have a ladder on it. The price was reasonable.

We had a new metal roof put on our home. We needed numerous boards replaced on the roof and new gutters also. The provider was up front about the costs. They were timely with their work and I was very impressed with their professionalism. They did an excellent job on the roof and they cleaned up very well. They answered any questions I had and were very polite and courteous. I have used them before for a rental property and they were wonderful then as well as this time. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Summary: They did an excellent job. I am very pleased and gladly recommend this firm to others. Both the owner and the installation crew members wanted to know what I expected and made sure I was happy.
Details: After years of repairing my existing, poorly installed, shingle roof myself, I decided to replace it with a new metal roof and to be very involved in the details of the installation. I found several metal roof manufacturer's installation instructions on line and contacted four roofing contractors. When each one came to call, I asked how they recommended that the new metal roof be installed. Two of the four, recommended that the old single roof be left in place and the new metal roof be installed on top of it. Despite their low price quotes, I discounted them. Of the remaining two, one contractor's representative was unable to provide details about the metal roof installation process. Jeremy, of this company, confidently answered all my questions and sent me a very detailed quote. Drawing from the manufacturer's instructions, I added even more details, he approved them, and we signed a contract. On installation day, Jeremy accompanied the crew, brought along a copy of our detailed contract and reviewed it with the foreman before leaving. Despite watching the installation process, after the crew left, I identified what I believed to be the improper placement of a small number of screws. The following day, Jeremy agreed to apply additional calk to those screws. Throughout the process, all employees were pleasant and professional. The only (small) issue I can identify concerns communication. When I signed the contact, Jeremy told me that the work would be scheduled to be performed in about a month. The work was actually performed twelve weeks later. I was in no hurry, so the timing was no issue. However, after the initial scheduled date passed, I would have liked for them to have initiated contact to keep me up to date on the schedule.

They were beyond fabulous. Not only do I have more character and integrity than any other company I've had dealt with in years. There was a misunderstanding between the estimate and installation and they didn't have to do anything extra. They insisted and they went above and beyond what they should do. Dealing with them was one of the pleasurable experiences I have ever had. They wanted to take out the weather. They needed to install earlier than what we had initially planned. They were willing to work on that. They were willing to work. They damaged some of the flashing a week after they did the new roof. They told me not to worry about it and they fixed the flashing for me. They did an excellent work on the roof that they didn't agree to do but they didn't charge me for it. The quality of the work was so good. They went above and beyond to make sure that their customers are happy as well as to maintain their reputation. They even suggested a metal roof because they could install them cheaper than they could. They made suggestions for the roof that ended up actually saving the money on installation. They have a 40-year warranty on the roof and a 10-year warranty on the installation. I would recommend everything about them. They are courteuos and knowledgeable. They have integrity. The quality of their product is superior. They don't try to hide anything. They're just good people. The crew that they had doing it were the sweetest guys. They were amazing. When they left, I couldn't even tell that they're in here. They made sure that everything was cleaned up and taken cared of. They're an A+++.
