They were very fast. They did a great job. I don?t see that they could have improved from anywhere. They were there every morning. They called the plumber if they had any problem. They were very quick in doing the work. I would definitely use them in the future.
"The member continually changed his mind. He remodeled his kitchen, which was completely gutted out.it was rewired and replumbed.Since i was htere doing the carpentry, installing cabinets and appliances there were details for the electrician and the plumber that the member knew nothing about as how to resove these issues. In which case, I resolved them for him for him free of charge. The memer was acting as the GC. He was lucky that I was there to straighten out details of which he lacked the experience and knowledge as how to resolve them. The member tried to do many jobs himself, and after attempting to do them himself, he hired me to do the work, and correct his mistakes. On the whole the job came out very nice, and I am offended by his rating. I worked extemely hard on his job and as always made sure that all the minute details were accomplished by the electrician and plumber, and that his kitchen was installed right. He hired someone else to do the kitchen floor and they did not do a good job. We did finally agree to a price on all the extra work and I ended up not getting paid for $600.00 worth of extras. The member kept changing his mind about various details and apparently did not realize that some of them would cost more. If I had charged for all the extra work in dealing and assisting the electrician and plumber the extra charges woould have been twice what they were. The job was finished and I made sure that the electrician and plumber did their usual excellent work. The member hired all my subcontractors to work on his house that I use when I contract a job. I really do not understand why he did not give me an A rating."
