Jason & team are truly amazing. We initially contracted with them to re-do the floors throughout our new home on a tight timeline. They did a fantastic job, installing nearly 4800 square feet of beautiful flooring that dramatically re-shaped the appearance of our home. Throughout the process, Jason was flexible, responsive, and frankly just a lot of fun. We were so impressed with FCI's performance that we ultimately contracted with them to renovate all five bathrooms in our home - and once again, they were great. Jason helped us envision and design each bathroom, from a high-end primary bathroom to mid-range and economical guest bathrooms. I couldn't more strongly recommend Jason and FCI. They are a rare partner that is equal parts trustworthy and affordable.

Jason and his team did an awesome job installing carpet in our guest room (the second excellent job they have done for us). The room had been nearly abandoned by my family after a different company had tried to install hardwood floors that never fully off-gassed. After removal of the hardwood floors, the room stood unfinished for half a year, which was a big problem for us since we have a small 3-bedroom house and needed the room to fit our growing family, including a 2-month old. Fortunately, Jason and his team came to the rescue. They accomodated our busy schedule by agreeing to install the carpet while we were away and did a fantastic job with the install itself. Would definitely recommend Jason and his team if you need any flooring work done!

I give this company the highest recommendation possible. They have excellent customer service- the owner, Jason, came to my house several times to go over options and estimates. He and his staff were always kind and took time to answer all my questions. The installation was well coordinated and the floors look great! They did such a great job and I trust them so much that I just hired them to replace the carpets in my home. I highly recommend them.

I couldn't believe the speed, patience and accuracy shown to me by the staff at Floor Coverings International. They took the marble tile I had and crafted it like true pros in my kitchen. In fact I hadn't gotten enough and they patiently waited while I ran out and got more to put up. The fact that it was herringbone design was too intimidating for me to try and they handled it with ease with minimal waste. They even worked in the rain to get the job done! I recommend these guys for whatever your needs might be because their work is exemplary! Oh, and the cost was MORE than reasonable and handled it all within a week! These guys are awesome. I would be honored to be used as a live reference as well.

After experiencing a water leak into sub-floor beneath bathroom we had to have flooring sub-floor and drywall removed. We contacted Jason about replacing plywood, flooring, and dry-wall. Jason was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and got me an estimate very quickly. Matt then promptly came out to do the work. They did a fantastic job and kept me up to speed on the status the entire time. Vinyl flooring and bathroom look better than ever!

I sincerely say, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Incredible, incredible service from Jason and his team I got screwed over not just by Lowes, but by another contractor who never showed up. I called Jason. He showed up the same day, got his guys out there three days later. The quality of the installation cannot be overstated. Guys who truly care about the quality of their workmanship. They screwed down my subfloor so it doesn't squeak and they were able to avoid using transition. I have a masonry fireplace and was resigned to having it undercut, but the installers went out of their way to manage it so they didn't have to. My only regret is that I didn't tip his guys MORE. THIS IS THE TEAM YOU WANT TO DO YOUR FLOORS. Prices are great too. But let me tell you, after MONTHS of dealing with other contractors- they'd be worth it at a much higher price.
