Over the past several years, we've hired M&SS to: completely replace one of our two split furnace/AC systems; replace the AC system of our other split furnace/AC system; replace our main circuit breaker panel and install a whole-house surge protector; replace a toilet flush system; and install surge protectors on each of our two furnaces and AC systems. He then ordered the specific more-powerful fan unit that I told him we wanted, and promptly after receiving it, M&SS installed the fan including rerouting the vent conduit for more effective operation. No charge, no questions asked, and M&SS made everything right, with a cheerful attitude all the way."
