He replace and explained the operation of my new box and he explain to me the best practice on winterizing my system to ensure no costly repairs are needed in its current and future operations. After getting three quotes we decided to hire Andy and his team. Why? Simple, they were professional, did top notch work in a short amount of time, and charge half of what others were charging. They did not try and sell us anything we did not need and were kind and courteous when showing us how to use the system.

I was very pleased with Irrigation Services. My system was installed in a very professional way, clean up and lawn restoration was very good. The system was explained to me so that I understand how to operate the system and set up the various zones to water the entire yard. The price was very competitive and even cheaper than two other companies that provided estimates for a similar design and installation. Also, Mr. Phillips returns phone calls promptly and has come out to service and make a few adjustments shortly after the install. Andy and his team are great! I contracted Irrigation Services to do a sprinkler installation around the entire house. After I had settled on the bid for the job, I had to go on a much needed vacation which happened to coincide with a ton of plantings that I was having in the backyard. I asked Andy to reach out to the nursery and coordinate the irrigation efforts with them to minimize delays etc. in the work schedule. He contacted the nursery and did exactly as I asked (I also rec'd great feedback from them on how Andy handled this interaction) and it turned out perfect. His crew just finished installing a major multi-zone system (including many sub-cement tubing bores that needed to be done) and he walked me through everything and I could be more pleased. Not only did the job get done, but the installers also noticed some of the existing emitters that were used and showed me the difference in the standard one's vs. the specialized one's that they used in other areas and ended up replacing the old as needed. Also, for those of you that can't always come to a final decision without seeing a painted canvas, I want to let you know that there were a few things that I wanted changed based on aesthetics and they were accommodating and performed the updates without question or push back, which was very comforting to me! Thanks Andy and team for allowing me (and my kids) to spend more time in my pool and not standing around for hours on end watering (Ugh)...
