The service went well, the contractor came on time, cleaned up the debris behind that project, was very courteous.

We have used Fix It Plumbing on 3 separate occasions and the service each time has been "Top notch". Fast to respond, very knowledgeable technicians and a great local company to work with. Jeremy provided our service today with a water heater issue and we are more than pleased. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had us back up and running in no time. Fix It plumbing is our first choice for plumbing and we highly recommend.

2 guys were doing the work. One under the house in the crawl space and one outside at the facet. It was done in less then 30 minutes.

Excellent. After I spent 5 days using everything I could think of to unclog my kitchen sink drain including Drano, plunger,boiling water, and finally, a line snake, Nathan got it done. He even went under the house, in the crawl space, to run the snake from another direction. And it worked! He then tackled the bathroom faucet leak by taking apart the faucet handles, replaced a plastic washer, and no more leak! When all else fails...call a professional. Thanks Nathan!

They did a good job. I had a lot of stuff done. The repair guys were really nice and I enjoyed them here the whole day they were working. The price was fair, but who doesn't want things cheaper? They were very communicative in getting everything and calling.

Very responsive & punctual. The guys figured out the problem, and worked to complete it within a reasonable amount of time (no "Let me go get this/or that part and I'll be back", unlike a lot of other "plumbers" that I have had to come fix things). They are very prepared. They explained what the problem was, and what was to be done to correct it. Price was reasonable, and a bit lower than I expected from a professional company.

It was a tough job but they got it done and it works quite well.

Called Fix it at 8:15 AM and spoke with Jeff about a problem with our hot water heater, installed by our builder 1 year ago. Jeff provided sound information about contacting the manufacturer about the warranty, which led me to call him right back less than 30 minutes later. Fix It dispatch Mitchell C, who arrived around 10 and went straight to work, Mitchell, was very polite and kept us well informed throughout the repair. He also explained the issue to the manufacturer, over the phone, to assist us with parts reimbursement. We are new to this area and really appreciate the first rate service. Fix It Plumbing will be our first call anytime a plumbing issue arises. Thank you.

The staff was very attentive to what I was looking for: throughout the process, my feedback on decisions was requested and they helped me evaluate the pros and cons of one decision over another. They checked out the entire system and we eventually decided to remove the existing well system as-is while preserving the option to re-attach to the well at some point in the future. They also re-routed some plumbing away from a basement window which had always been a concern for me.

It was good. It was a little expensive, but it was good. They were very professional.

The receptionist answered my call, checked the schedule, and responded promptly that they could come out in the afternoon. So, I called at noon and within minutes had an appointment between 1 and 5 scheduled! Prompt service in my area is, well, lacking so this was a great relief! When the gentlemen arrived, they were both very professional, thorough, courteous and explained what they were doing and why along the way. Once they confirmed the house setup was OK, I asked if they would install a shutoff on my barn line that I suspected to be the culprit of the low flow. Without hesitation, they went out into my pasture, helped cutoff and drain all wells and lines and installed a shutoff for the suspect line. Then, they stayed until everything returned to what I considered normal. It was really great to work with someone that didn't criticize the sometimes sub-optimal plumbing arrangements one finds on a 1940s farm. Overall, this was a very, very good and appreciated experience. Prompt, knowledgeable service and no criticism over the sometimes sub-optimal plumbing of a do-it-yourself 1940s farm ... wonderful! I will definitely call FixIt Plumbing again and first for all of my needs going forward! ==== This is why I marked price a B. I feel that if the details (I'm home all day and please text when on your way) had made it to the repairmen, my two hour service call would not have extended into off hours resulting in my being charged for 1 hour overtime for 2 people. However this will not stop me from using FixIt Plumbing again; I will just remind the receptionist of my experience and ask that she make a special effort to get the message to the people dispatched to do the work. Still, I cannot emphasize enough how refreshing it was to be able to pick up the phone and get help the same day! ==== I called at noon asking for someone to come out. The receptionist checked and called back immediately saying someone would come out between 1 and 5. I was thrilled and said I'd be home all day and live right up the street from the property so just have the guys send me a text when on their way. Unfortunately, the message that I was home and to send a text didn't make it to the repair people and I was on a conference call (all day thing which is why I requested a text) and I missed their 2:20 call. When I got off my call at 3:43, I called and was told they didn't get the details and didn't want to waste a trip without knowing someone was home but they'd be out when they finished with the job they'd been dispatched to. They also offered to come first thing the next morning but I could not be out of work another day. I have to emphasize again, that I REALLY appreciate the service and will definately call FixIt Plumbling again in the future.

We absolutely love them.  We've used them on numerous occasions. They were very prompt.  They spoke to me about the problem before correcting it.  I like someone who is going to explain to me the issue instead of doing their own thing.  They are very personable. We, and our tenants, only use them.  We love them.

Trouble shooting from house to street. Turned out to be a clog on the city's side.

Contacted the company at 8 am and was told that someone would be at my house by noon. The technician should up at 11:30 and went straight to work. Even checked my hot water heater to ensure it was not damaged from the lost of water to the home. I would recommend this company to anyone that has a plumbing emergency.

Came home from work at 5:30 PM on Tuesday to find no hot water and the Hot Water Heater in the garage leaking badly. I turned off the gas and water valves supplying the heater. Contacted Fix It Plumbing Services at their Emergency Number as it was after business hours. The owner Neil got right back to me. He verified with me over the phone some specifications and that the unit had been securely shut down. It was my desire to replace the unit as it was over 10 years old and had recently begun making noise. Niel was at my home first thing Wednesday AM to take some measurements and speak with me. Fix It Plumbing team members were at my home Wednesday afternoon uninstalling the old Hot Water Heater. There was severe weather in the area that afternoon and I couldn't blame them if they had postponed but they were at my home working during a Tornado Warning. The new Hot Water Heater was being brought in from outside the local area so it was not available until late on Wednesday. My new Hot Water Heater was installed successfully on Thursday AM and is working as intended.

Josh arrived a bit later than we originally agreed, but he was professional and worked quickly. He found that the toilet wasn't leaking, but that the float valve looked like it was failing. He showed me all of the work before and after completion and worked quickly. He cleaned up everything, to the point that I couldn't tell that he had been working at all!
I would hire Fix-It again. They do trustworthy work charge fair prices.
