Less Expensive: Traditional concrete companies charge based on their costs to mobilize and pay hourly labor to perform demolition, debris removal, re-form, re-pour, remove forms, and cleanup. In contrast, our procedures have very little labor costs.

"I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. Sadly, my advice is to proceed with caution. I give 2-stars because they apparently still have the money to refund me, it could have been worse I suppose."

We offer free quotes and consultation and belong to the Better Business Bureau with references available. Applications include driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, basements, footings, curbs, steps, scales etc.

"The overall work went well. However, there was a defect in the concrete near our front door, in plain site, and very visible, where the concrete was cracked and broken just days after the project was completed and we had paid in full. We called multiple times and never received a return call. We then sent an email which he returned and set up a time for repair. This repeated itself for 3 separate events, with the patch failing every time. The last time we heard from him was 4 months ago when he said " I will be glad to come out and address the issue. I will contact you when I have a date." That was in July! Based on their poor customer service, after being paid $36,000, I would not recommend Cane Creek Concrete to any of my neighbors or anyone else."

They were supposed to come back in 30 days to seal the patches, but it's been about a year and I still haven't been able to persuade them to come and finish the job. And yes, I have already paid in full. The work they did so far is fine, but I'm disappointed they have not been more prompt to finish the job."

Your driveway contractor will probably recommend that you avoid driving on your new millings driveway for up to a week. Keeping pressure off the freshy applied millings will help the driveway to bind together. Paving a driveway requires heavy machinery, and while you can rent the equipment needed, operating it close to your garage slab or around your home’s foundation can crack it and lead to structural issues. 

Unlike drying, which takes between 48 and 72 hours on average, asphalt driveway cure times are different and take much longer. Your asphalt driveway won’t actually cure for around six months to one year. During this time, it’s more likely to get damaged or weakened by heavy machinery, vehicles, and high temperatures.
