5 Star Grading, LLC

Do NOT hire these guys for water problems and/or slab houses! I waited a long time to write this review hoping that doing some smaller things (gutters, sod, mulch, etc) would eventually fix our water issue. It did not. While their work looked nice, it didnâ t fix or even help the problem we were having. Jon even came to collect his money and didnâ t even mention where the newly graded and graveled driveway had already washed out after one rain. Donâ t let the high price tag & nice equipment trick you into thinking they know what theyâ re doing.

These guys leveled the backyard of our mountain home. Highly professional, fast, and very considerate of any expressed concerns. Great work and customer service. I have already referred them to other neighbors who have been equally satisfied. Highly recommended.

John and Cody were excellent to work with, they did excellent work on my garage slab. They were very timely and efficient. I would highly recommend them!

Jon was responsive, transparent, and a pleasure to work with. He works quickly and offers a fair price. The closest competition fell far below his standard. Most importantly, the quality of his work is excellent. He is an expert and gets the job done quickly.

Fantastic work!

The excavating and grading for erosion and preventing water damage to my home and property was an excellent value. Working with 5-Star was great. They brought a lot of expertise to installing my driveway and adding a swale. Lucky for me the work was done just days ahead of the deluge brought by hurricane Fred. I had no pooling of water on my property and no materials washed into the street. I could not be happier with my choice to work with this company. Highly recommend!

Theyâ re great to work with. Their work quality, promptness, expertise, manners, work habits, we canâ t say enough about how satisfied we are with the excellent job they did. They reinforced our steep, eroding bank that endangered our driveway, leaving it safe, secure, neat, and attractive. We didnâ t have to worry about anything, as they did exactly what they said theyâ d do, when they promised, and to our complete satisfaction. We wish we could give them 10 stars! We couldnâ t have envisioned the solution they came up with, and it was a difficult job for them. We recommend their company 110%!

I have never had a better experience in dealing with a company than I have working with Jonathan and Levi at 5 Star Grading. It was absolutely fantastic! Jonathan was so nice and helpful from the first call all the way through the project. As a single woman I have to be careful when dealing with things I don't know about. Jonathan was professional and very informative and accommodating . I trust this company and have complete faith in them. They also did the project in a very timely manner. They made sure that everything was exactly the way I wanted it. It was an absolute pleasure to work with this company. I feel that the pricing is very fair and that my money was well spent with 5 Star Grading!!

They are great and wonderful people! I get sick at times and they even reach out to check in on me and see if I need any help. They are great people. Jonathan and Levi are the easiest guys to work with and very flexible. They are just that good and we are very impressed.
