I was hesitant to give the job to Hershberger because I was a bit out of his physical jurisdiction, but Spencer persuaded me that he was the right guy for the job and said he’d have no problem servicing me if I had an issue (although he said the Ghost System is very reliable). Spencer said he’d be at my place at 6:30 am…I thought he was joking…he wasn’t…and he was right on time.
