Hired ZR Landscaping to rebuild a retaining wall with paver patio that was poorly installed just four years earlier by another contractor. Zach diagnosed poor drainage behind the wall as the reason the wall base was washing out. Zach had a detailed, competitively priced written proposal to me in under 24 hours. He offered to reuse some of the existing blocks to reduce the total cost. Our project was scheduled just a few weeks out, not months out like a couple other contractors had proposed. The crew was punctual and very hard-working for a solid four days. Crew leader Julio answered all our questions and kept us informed through of each level of the new installation. Zach came back by himself to see the completed project, answer a few questions and make sure we were satisfied.

ZR Landscaping and Grading is by far one of the best companies we've had the pleasure dealing with. Starting with Zack, he is a no nonsense consultant, not a sales person. He was efficient and practical with his analysis and offered several options to address our drainage/erosion issues. When his team arrived, they were prompt, courteous, hard working. It was obvious they enjoyed and were proud of the work they did. They always did little things that went above and beyond the project work. The two crew chiefs, Julio and Oscar were a pleasure to deal with. They always kept us in the loop. Laura in the back office was wonderful. Overall, the outcome of the project was impressive. We highly recommend this company.

ZR was professional from the initial contact thru completion of services. The crew delivered and spread 20 yards of mulch to our yard. I was contacted the morning that work began informing me that the crew was on their way. They arrived soon after, looked at the yard and asked a few questions and then efficiently and carefully went about their work. We have a number of trees, bushes, and areas of vegetation ground cover. The crew was great about filling in around all these areas. Our yard looks great again thanks to their fine work.

Zack and his company are great to work with. There work is above and beyond what we expected. Zack kept us apprised is the schedule and check in with us several times during the project and at the end to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Cost was very competitive. We have now used ZR twice and if we ever have another project we will call him again.

They listened to us and delivered on our expectations. Our project leaders were James and Brandon and they were super professional. This company is really busy so book your project early. They are reliable and completed the project when promised. Our landscaping project looks beautiful and we look forward to doing some more work with them in the future.

It was very smooth. Initial meeting occurred as scheduled. Estimate and contract were detailed and professional and within our budget. There was a scheduling delay on my part which they accommodated graciously. Once work began(at time scheduled) 8 workers showed up and began construction immediately. Materials used were of high quality. The execution of the design exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased with the finished product and would not hesitate to either use them for other projects or to highly recommend them to neighbors and friends.

FANTASTIC. THE CREW WAS GREAT. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GOT THE JOB DONE EARLIER THAN EXPECTED. AND THE CLEAN UP WAS AMAZING. THERE WAS QUITE A MESS FROM ALL THE CUTTING BUT IT WAS ALL GONE WHEN I WENT OUT TO CHECK. I GOT INSTANT CALL BACK REGARDING A SMALL TOUCH UP THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE AND HAS BEEN SCHEDULED FOR THIS COMING WEEK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY AND WILL REVIEW THEIR WEBSITE FOR THE OTHER WORK THEY DO AS THEY ARE DEFINITELY SOMEONE I WOULD HIRE AGAIN!! JUST WANT TO ADD THAT LAURA IN THE OFFICE IS FANTASTIC.

Zach is an exacting professional. He listened carefully to our overall goal, and then made suggestions regarding the specifics.. We hired ZR to plant privacy trees in our yard. The planting process was efficient and precise. It is now 3 weeks since our 4.5' trees were planted. They are 6' tall today. Great job!

Zack, the owner, and his crews are incredible! I have a very steep driveway and hillside at the front of my WNC mountain home. They repaired a badly damaged wood retaining wall then properly excavated, provided drainage, backfilled and secured new posts with deadman anchoring. This is my third project using ZR Landscaping.
