"Still waiting for a call back after initial visit. They were to move forward but no time schedule yet and A/C not working. As of now, this looks like 4 days of wasted time as I am not sure their customer service exist. The lady this morning said she would mark as urgent and get to a manager. You would think a simple call to a customer explaining backlog or schedule repair date should not take more than 5 minutes. Will give them until later today and then move on..."

We are a full-line petroleum distributor and HVAC service company which has been owned and operated by the same family since 1930. Since the company's founding, we have been driven by the commitment to deliver quality products and unexcelled service to our customers at competitive prices.

"I was charged $802.00 for the replacement of the valve but valve was not the issue. And I was charged $134 for an initial diagnostic that was incorrect. They then identified the issue as being something completely different then the valve and again wanted to charge me again $134 for a second diagnosis and $267 to replace a part that has one screw. It was covered under warranty so was free and took less then five minutes to replace. After paying them almost a thousand dollars the issue was not fixed and they wanted to keep charging for more parts so I had another company come out to look at it. Sheer Comfort found the issue in ten minutes. A loose wire. I was charged almost a thousand dollars for a loose wire."
