Auto Service
The company quoted me $160.00 and when I called to check on the car, they said that it was going to cost $280.00. They eventually dropped the price to $180.00. When I asked why the price went up they said that they had to add oil to it. They tried to charge me for using oil that I provided. When I got home I notice that the nuts were not tighten down, their was no oil in the motor (oil which I provided), and they left greasy hand prints in the interior of the car. I asked if I could get the extra bolts and they gave me several-some from the under body of the car. I poured oil in the car and it emptied right out onto the pavement. I asked for my money back since the issue was not fixed. I also asked them what they were doing for the two weeks that they had the car. The shop refused to refund my money and the owner even got in my face.
