We were told we needed to replace the heat pump. They came out and were able to fix that. They saved us $6000. We continued to use them after that.

They found a valve stuck open, replaced and refill the Freon a week went by they had to come back due it not heating, found it was overfilled no charge.

The cost was extra, but you get a discount on parts of labor when you have the contract. That helps pay back part of the contract. It is cheaper that way. The technician was good, he had been here before so I knew them. I had no problems.

We have a contract with them and they come once in the spring and once in the fall for the heating unit's. They are good. I have been pleased with them. We are in our third year with them. They usually send out one person to do the tuneup's twice a year. There is nothing that I am unhappy about at this point.

We switched to them because the company we were with before had given me a quote and then decided that they were too busy to do that. We had a problem with one room in the house that was cold. I was really impressed with them when I originally went up there to inquire about a part for our central vac system. I think they are reasonable on price. I did some comparison shopping, and they weren't any more or less than the others. The part has worked just fine since then.

They came one time before and fixed a problem and the next guy came out and said he fixed a problem that wasn't there. The first guy charged me for something I didn't need but the second guy fixed it and didn't charge me. I think it's pricey, but they're competent. The workers were fine. No problem.

I have been using them for 15 year and I am not switching because they do an awesome job. Just one person came, and it took approximately one hour. They left it A+ clean.

Bullman Heating & Air came out on top of four estimates I received for a new Heating & Air Unit. From start to finish, everything was done in a professional, friendly manner. Will West, the project manager explained everything, even handling all rebate forms. Stanley and Gary handled the installation on time, paying attention to detail and completely cleaning up afterwards. They even took a few minutes to help with with a carpentry problem I had. Everyone at Bullman from the receptionist to their electrictian Eric, did a great job!

We've been here for 2 years so I don't know whether we started using them right away or not. We have a geothermal heating system so it's a little bit different than the normal system. We have what they call a water furnace so it's a little different heating and cooling system. I think we were having a problem with the air conditioner, it didn't seem like it was getting the temperature down so I think we called them then. My husband usually deals with the cost. I think in an emergency it was a reasonable time that they were able to respond.
