Back in 2008, Crawford Climate Control did extensive work for us. The heating and AC units needed to be replaced and a new heating systems added. They did not put an outdoor thermostat on either heat pumps, so I have been using just propane, making my bill much higher. This enables the pump to use propane when the outside temperatures drops down in the winter months. One heat pump wasn't vented correctly. Come to find out now, 2 years later, that the venting parts for the heating pumps didn't pass inspection. They have been contacted by the inspection office and still have not come out to fix the work.
