"This was a replacement of the air conditioning, heating and thermostat at our home. They were very professional, courteous, and answered all our questions. They gave us several options, after an inspection, fully explaining the problems and even providing pictures of the problem areas. They arrived at the appointed time; worked hard; and were able to get us up and going just like they said they would. We would recommend them highly without reservation."

"Environment Masters did an excellent job providing me with a new HVAC system. I originally called them for a tuneup. The technician showed me pictures of the repairs that would need to be done. I was put in contact with a sales rep who walked me through potential quality new options for my house. Both employees were clear about the issues but did not pressure me into a decision. I was able to make an informed decision that was best for my family. I chose to have a new system installed. All installation technicians worked diligently and respectfully. The HVAC system looks well put together. Even small details were completed-all trash was cleaned up, pipes were wrapped, and wires were neatly run. They even dropped a water detector into my water heater drain pan beside the HVAC unit at no extra cost to me! I’m a handyman and have to complete small details like this often. I see and repair when people cut corners. Environment Masters did not cut corners. Well Done!"
