Everything is working fine except for the hot water in the kitchen. When I turn on the hot water, I do not get any hot water. I have called them for about two weeks now and no one will answer my calls. I just want to get this fixed.

First of all, these guys are absolutely fantastic! Just bought our home, and the first night we took a shower in the upstairs bathroom? It leaked water on to the ceiling of the room below it. Sent David Cooper an Angi’s list message late at night, he got back to me FIRST thing at 630am. They got here a couple hours after, and had it diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Just absolutely awesome people, incredibly friendly, punctual, and the price was great. Will absolutely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

"You called us for an emergency leak, we came out and fixed your problem and you had additional plumbing issues that you wanted us to repair. We were to schedule for those repairs but you found someone else to do it cheaper. That company was not able to resolve the issues and you never called us back or returned our phone call to schedule."

Smooth as silk, texted Mr. Cooper on a Saturday morning, he messaged me right back, set a work time for Monday, he called me early Monday morning, said he had a job before me, came out , repaired my water heater, charged a fair price, was super friendly and personable, showed me some potential future problems, I will definitely be hiring him again...

Cooper's Plumbing came out to my house the day after I talked to them and immediately started troubleshooting to find the source of the leak in my house. They patiently explained to me what they were doing and what they were looking for. They checked inside and out to find the source of the leak. Mr. Cooper told me what to look out for and I really appreciate their help. He is now my go to plumber.

The service call went extremely well. Cooper Plumbing came out the same day and installed a gas line for my new stove. They arrived on time and were very professional. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

He was able to repeat work done by another plumber from the house to the street. He charged about $550, but said that he would need to open the sewer line to do further searching under the street and further to the main city line where he said there was a leak. Cost another $550. He marked the street to “locate” with permanent paint. He never came back and does not return calls.

"We were called to unstop your sewer line,in which we did. Several days later you called back because it wasn’t draining again. We returned cleared the line, and did a camera inspection. The city tap going under the road to your neighbors yard .would not clear completely due the tap being compromised. I explained the situation to you and advised you to contact the water/sewer department. We don’t cut/break up city streets nor do we dig up a neighbor’s yard across the street to repair a city line. This too,was explained to you. I apologize if you didn’t get your problem resolved."

David was very prompt and personable. He kept in contact with me the entire time. He explained what needed to be done in layman’s terms. He was neat and quick. Having a plumbing problem is never pleasant but David made it so much better with his understanding and sympathetic nature. I would hire him again in a second.

Over the weekend I left a voicemail stating I need a new garbage disposal. David called me Monday morning and came out at that morning and replaced my garbage disposal. He was fast and very nice! He even referred me to someone who could install my attic fan. I would definitely call him for any plumbing issues as he is very experienced and professional.
