They were prompt and kept me informed of job as it progressed. The Roerder plumber gave me alternate suggestion to permanently fix my problem. I was impressed as the alternate solution probably will not include his company. It indicates to me they truly care about their customerâ s best interest. I will definitely use them again.

Two young men, one worthless and with little to no knowledge of the work, did basically nothing. Not familiar with todays plumbing prices, but felt very overcharged. Left my floor, tub, and under my kitchen sink, filthy with debris and mud off of their shoes. Had to sweep, mop, and wipe up after they left. Though did most of work requested, had a couple of things ( toilet mechanism) that was of no improvement.

First I talked with Chris and gave him a description of the work I wanted to be completed. Eric responded and the entire project was completed the same day. A job well-done I may add. I definitely would recommend these guys to everyone!
